This is one of my favorite neighborhoods. The home designs and floor plans are varied and as the subdivision has grown up there are trees and wonderful plantings. Many of the homes have mountain and/or city views. The homes at the top of the hill are in a great spot to watch 4th of July fireworks!
Heritage Hills is one of the most beautiful, gated communities within the Lone Tree CO subdivisions.. It is within walking distance of the light rail station. There are custom and semi-custom homes within its gates. Lots of open space, a golf course, 2 pools, hiking and biking trails as well as tennis courts. Park Meadows Mall is just down the street, and you can walk to several shopping centers.
