Franktown CO subdivisions are as diverse as the town itself. Homes for sale are scattered among a number of subdivisions., nestled in the tree, or on knolls with mountain views. The styles and prices vary widely, allowing you to find the home that fits your lifestyle. Click here for a map of Franktown.
Franktown CO subdivisions include Bannockburn. It in is a quiet neighborhood with large lots and custom homes. It is a convenent- controlled community, but the rules are very liberal, allowing residents to enjoy their homes while preserving home values. It is a very neighborhood-oriented community with annual picnics and holiday celebrations. This is a great neighborhood, one you should consider seriously.
Another lovely Franktown CO subdivision is Deerfield is an exclusive, gated community. There are still building sites available. The sites are all between 3 and 5 acres. Blue skies, mountain views, tall pines and wildlife make Deerfield a great place to live.
Live in historic Russellville, the earliest settlement in Douglas County. Gold was first discovered here in 1858. You will find custom, executive homes built to blend with the natural surroundings.
Whispering Pines is set back to the east of Parker Road. It is also the site of Whispering Pines Park. The building sites were well-planned for privacy. All of the are custom homes with larger lots. It is an older subdivision, but one of my favorites.
