Roads and Transportation
There are two main roads in Evergreen. One is the County Highway 73, which runs south of Evergreen to connect with Us Highway 285 in the town of Conifer.
The other road is Highway 74, which is south of Interstate 70 going through Bergen Park and it makes it way to northern Evergreen downtown.
Parts of Evergreen lay within the Jeffers County and are served by Jefferson County Schools. But the majority of students live within the Evergreen High School area. Also, some parts of southern Evergreen fall into the Conifer High School jurisdiction. For the middle school students, most go to Evergreen Middle School. Elementary students usually go to one of the four schools called Bergen Meadow, Wilmot, Marshdale, and Bergen Valley Elementary. Evergreen also offers private schools and these include Grace Christian School, Montessori School Of Evergreen, Evergreen Country Day School, and Evergreen Academy.
