This has been a Knock your Socks Off summer in real estate.
Sellers’ homes have been flying off the shelves, the average days on the market for my sellers has been 3 days. However, some clients have had cold feet at times. And, some people literally will have cold feet this winter.
It was frustrating if you were a buyer. Buyers didn’t get their socks knocked off, in fact, they struggled to keep them on. There were some properties that had 15-20 offers within the first couple of days. We found creative ways to make our offers stand out. My clients did find wonderful homes.
Ann Cougenour, my wonderful lender with Cornerstone Mortgage is also involved. She made much of my success this year possible.
As the seasons’ change, so does the weather and socks always seem to be in short supply. People always donate coats, shoes, shirts and pants, but socks aren’t on the list as a general rule.
I want to thank everyone who came into my life this year and has helped with this program.
